Digital products policy

All our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment. Because of the nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds are considered only if:

• You were charged twice for the same order; or
• You did not receive access/download within 24 hours and support cannot resolve it.
